Trex Company Inc., the world's largest manufacturer of wood alternative decking and railing materials, wanted to provide a high quality, functional sales kit to showcase its multiple lines of decking samples. Our turned edge, rigid box solution with foam insert, provided a durable presentation format with plenty of surface area for branding and content.
Materials:
- Turned edge, tray and hinged lid construction, wrapped and lined on 98pt v-grooved chipboard
- The custom cut charcoal urethane foam insert securely holds two, removable board samples
- Front flap conceals two 3/8" magnets to create a secure closure to the front edge of the tray
Decoration:
- The wrap and liner are printed 4CP with a low scuff matte polypropylene laminate
