2023 Renovation – Foam Options

How do I  know which foam option is right for my project?

As with most of the products and services we offer at Heinn Chapman, you have options! The specific type of foam you choose to hold, protect and showcase your products will depend on a variety of factors:

  • How heavy is your item?
  • How fragile - or valuable is your item?
  • What is the expected life of your presentation box?
  • How will the presentation box be used or handled?
  • Will the foam be exposed to a variety of environmental conditions?

We offer both open and closed cell options in a variety of colors, densities, textures and material types from Ethylene-Vinyl Acetate to Expanded Polyethylene to Polyurethane. When we meet with you, we'll explain the pros and cons for each option, and we'll ask all these questions and more to make sure we are offering the right foam solution for your specific and unique application.

Water Jet Cutting

Our high-pressure water jet cutting machining systems offer unique advantages over other cutting services. When combined with our experience and expertise, our waterjets are able to cut virtually any material with a high degree of accuracy and speed - and without heat. Unique shapes, sharp corners, contoured patterns are no problem for our machines.

Top It Off

While we can't print or decorate directly to the foam surface, we can offer a solution for branded content with a die-cut, printed topper that can be applied directly to the foam surface.
