We use fully automated, semi-automated as well as free-hand methods for welding custom products with simple designs or intricate patterns. With our production capabilities, we fuse multiple layers of material together to create impenetrable bonds that resist tearing, ensuring products retain there appearance and integrity for an extended period of time. The RF seals are airtight and leak-proof to prevent liquids from infiltration or depending on your product – escaping! Our RF welding and sealing machines can process both large and small products, and since the energy is focused on a very narrow region of the material, it forms a very clean seam. We also leverage RF welding to create debossed impressions that add visual and tactile interest to your piece.
