Screen Printing Services

At Heinn Chapman, we can offer screen printing services that are both visually appealing and cost-effective for a wide range of applications. We’re equipped with 3 semi-automatic silk screening presses that can handle image sizes as small as 4” x 4” and as large as 30” x 34”. Capable of up to 1200 impressions per hour, they can yield highly durable, vibrant, multi-colored graphics. We can print images and text using high-quality conventional, cured, UV, air dry, and plastisol inks. To ensure consistent surface bonding, all products are flame treated prior to screen printing. We’ve screen printed on a number of standard and challenging surfaces including vinyl, board, leather, paper, Nylon, cloth, and acrylic. 

From concept design to manufacturing, we can support the customer across all phases of the product development process. We offer additional services such as die-cutting, riveting, sewing, debossing, heat sealing, foil stamping, leather binding, and many more. Since 1855, we’ve created innovative presentation packaging with eye-catching visuals that can attract the interest of potential customers. All of our products undergo a rigorous inspection and testing process; analyzing color, dry film thickness, gloss, and dyne levels in order to ensure that we both meet and exceed the customer’s specifications. From record keeping procedures to random spot checks, we always practice strict quality control methods that are designed to eliminate potential product failures.
