Here’s an example of a spectacular custom-fabricated display box for Kensington. The box was quickly and efficiently manufactured using Heinn Chapman’s turn-key solution: All of our capabilities are in house and under one roof, so we can save time and money by not having to rely on separate outside vendors. There are inherent advantages derived from having total control of a complex project.

Using standard turned edge construction, the box was manufactured to include a wrapped box tray containing a 1 ½” thick solid foam insert with water jet cut opening to fit the product displayed. The inside cover and fold in flaps use four color process printed and film laminated components. The custom sized clear vinyl pockets were added to hold changing information. Hidden magnets provide a secure closure.
