Litho Wrap Euro Hinge Binders

Heinn Chapman Corporation has an extensive line of Euro Hinge or Multi-Crease Binders that offer high-impact visuals and increased durability in many sheet sizes and ring capacities. These binders are made for a single or one-piece board, and are typically wrapped with a full color, Litho printed & gloss laminated sheet of high quality paper and then creased to accommodate the capacity needed. Other materials can be used to wrap the board including traditional book-cloth, bonded leather, and newer hi-tech substrates. The wrapped board is then creased or scored a number of times; twice (once on either side of the spine) to make a simple flat-spine, or multiple times (usually up to ten) to make a rounded spine. This rounded spine is usually referred to as a "Euro Hinge" or "Multi-Crease", while a regular flat spine is more often just called a "Creased Binder".

Weather you prefer the traditional shape of a flat spine or the carrying comfort that a rounded spine offers, both provide an increase in the durability and strength of the binder for long-term usage. These Litho-printed sheets allow you to apply the same impressive graphics you use on the pages or other promotional pieces in the contents. For short-runs, digitally printed sheets can be used, or other decoration techniques such as silk-screening or stamping are an option we are glad to provide in-house.

Options include inside pockets or business card holders, extending the case to add a second "spine" & flap with hidden magnetic closure, custom case sizes & ring metals to hold many capacities & different sheet sizes, matte laminates, a variety of substrates & decoration (other than paper & printing), plus many more.
